Prosper has called on the UK Government to use the Autumn Budget 2026 to boost confidence, investment and economic security across Scotland. Its submission urges support for business investment, exports, infrastructure, energy and innovation, alongside greater regional devolution and measures to reduce employment costs, strengthen productivity and drive sustainable local growth.
