This award recognises an individual who demonstrates exceptional leadership, delivers sustained and measurable impact, and has helped drive strategic growth and performance across their organisation.

The award is open to women leaders at all senior levels. While C-suite nominations are welcome, we also encourage nominations of women in senior and emerging leadership roles who have demonstrated excellence, influence, and strategic impact.

The judging criteria are as follows - a strong nomination will include reference to how the organisation is meeting these criteria.

1. Evidence of exceptional leadership
2. Sustained and/or measurable impact as a result of this leadership
3. Strategic growth and/or improved performance in the team
