Nurturing young talent is vital for businesses and charities, offering a path to sustainable growth and innovation. By investing in young leaders, organisations gain fresh perspectives and a skilled workforce poised to drive success. It’s about building a brighter future while staying competitive in today’s dynamic market.

At the event you will hear from Michelle Reid, Director of Performance, Culture and Delivery at IOM about her first-hand experience in working with young people through internships and the impact on their organisation. You will also hear from expert Leanna Sinclair, Partnership Manager at Career Ready on how to tap into diverse, young undiscovered talent.

Career Ready is UK-wide social mobility charity at the heart of a network of employers, volunteers, schools, and colleges.

Michelle is the Director of Performance, Culture, and Delivery at the Institute of Occupational Medicine (IOM) in Edinburgh, UK. With over 20 years of HR and Operations management experience, she excels in strategic and operational leadership within complex organisations.
