We will be joined by Sarah Leigh, Founder and CEO of Weirwood Consulting, a company with a focus on ethical, outcome-driven, and transparent consultancy. Jamie Watt from Adaptive Surveys will also discuss his first hand experience of applying strategic business processes to increase productivity within the business.

Sarah Leigh is the founder and CEO of Weirwood Consulting, a company she established in January 2024 with a focus on ethical, outcome-driven, and transparent consultancy. With a background as a mathematician and business analyst, Sarah brings extensive international experience across sectors including banking, insurance, pensions, and oil and gas. Prior to founding Weirwood, she spent seven years as a VP in various roles, heading up strategy, governance, applications, and programme management. Sarah is also a mother of three, runs a netball team and loves to travel.
