Oscar Otter joined Waterstons as a Software Developer in 2022. After leading the change management and implementation for their internal ERP System, Vantagepoint, he has moved into business consulting after finding a passion with working across multiple disciplines inside businesses. With this strong technical background, Oscar has experience with large-scale business change and training, business continuity planning, business process mapping, working with higher education, manufacturing and research businesses and enterprises.
