- Widen and deepen Prosper’s membership across the Highlands and Islands by identifying new opportunities and building strong relationships with existing members
- Develop and deliver an annual programme of regional activity aligned with Prosper’s strategic priorities
- Engage with stakeholders across business, government and the third sector to support shared objectives and expand Prosper’s reach
- Provide secretariat support to the Highlands & Islands regional committee, ensuring effective communication between regional voices and national policy work
- Contribute to policy insight by recognising regional challenges and opportunities to inform Prosper’s national research and policy agenda
- Lead and support regional event delivery, from roundtables to major conferences
- Work with colleagues across the organisation to secure sponsorship and funding for regional activity
- Collaborate with Prosper’s communications team to raise the organisation’s profile via regional media, government offices and partner organisations
- Maintain accurate records of regional activity and engagement using Prosper’s CRM and internal systems
- Represent Prosper at external meetings, forums and events — building visibility and influence at regional level
-
Contribute to the delivery of Peer Works events that promote smarter working among employers.
-
Support our Stemovators’ team to inspire young people through engaging, hands-on STEM education across the region
